This poster will be aged later on. It's a prop from a brain research centre in Colorado, called 'The Brain Center', where chimpanzees will make their first appearance in the Fallout universe.
You'll find the chimp 3d models in old entries of this journal. The thread was called Bananas!, if you're looking for it.
